Building Up Solutions LLC stands behind LaunchVaultAI with a 110% money-back guarantee. If you use the platform as directed and see no results within 90 days, we will refund 110% of your monthly subscription fees paid — that is your money back plus an additional 10%. Conditions apply as described below.

2. How to Qualify for the 110% Guarantee

To be eligible for the 110% money-back guarantee, you must meet ALL of the following conditions:

You have been an active subscriber for a minimum of 90 consecutive days
You have used the platform's core features — AI analysis, letter generation, and campaign tracking — on at least 3 separate clients
You have followed the recommended 30-40 day campaign cycles as outlined in the platform
You submit a written guarantee claim to launchvaultai@gmail.com with your account email and a brief description of your experience
Your account is in good standing with no chargebacks or payment disputes
You have not violated these Terms of Service or the platform's Acceptable Use Policy

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at launchvaultai@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

Your full name and account email
Date of original purchase
Reason for your refund request
Documentation of platform use (screenshots are helpful but not required)

We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days back to the original payment method.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate account termination and referral to collections. We work to resolve all disputes fairly and quickly.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing launchvaultai@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. No refund is issued for the current billing period upon cancellation, except as provided under the 110% guarantee.
