End User License Agreement

1. Grant of License

Building Up Solutions LLC grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the LaunchVaultAI software platform solely for your personal or internal business operations, subject to the terms of this EULA and your active subscription.

2. Ownership of Software

The LaunchVaultAI platform, including all source code, design elements, AI models, templates, workflows, and content, is and shall remain the exclusive property of Building Up Solutions LLC. This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights to you. You are licensing the software — not purchasing it.

3. Permitted Uses

You may:

• Access and use the platform features included in your subscription plan
• Input your own data and your clients' data (with proper consent)
• Generate documents, letters, and reports using the platform tools
• Use the marketing content and scripts provided for your own business promotion
• Access the platform from multiple devices for your personal use

4. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the platform software or any portion thereof
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software
• Sublicense, resell, or transfer your license to any third party
• Create derivative works based on the LaunchVaultAI software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the software
• Use the software to build a competing product or service
• Share your login credentials with unauthorized users
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform

5. Intellectual Property Protection

All trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names displayed on the LaunchVaultAI platform, including "LaunchVaultAI" and the lightning vault logo, are the property of Building Up Solutions LLC. Unauthorized use of any trademark or intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Updates and Modifications

Building Up Solutions LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any feature of the platform at any time without notice. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the modified software.

7. Termination of License

This license is effective until terminated. Your license automatically terminates if you:

• Fail to pay your subscription fees
• Violate any provision of this EULA or the Terms of Service
• Use the software in any unlawful manner

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy any copies in your possession.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. BUILDING UP SOLUTIONS LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUILDING UP SOLUTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Osceola County, Florida.

11. Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Building Up Solutions LLC regarding the LaunchVaultAI software.
